Leadership and communication
Communication is the process by which a communication device is able to communicate the message to the public and the public is able to assimilate fully the original context.
In communications, there is a sender (the address of the message) and receiver (to whom the message was delivered). From the position of an external environment.
Technically, there are three processes for a com communications. thinking, encoding and decoding. Just a thoughtor the idea of generating in the minds of those thoughts and ideas are then encoded in the verbal or text-form, and these thoughts and ideas is finally decoded by the receiver.
If the receiver decodes the message in several different ways, so the original structure takes a shot and everything looks blurry.
The message must be disseminated in a way that the recipient will be able to understand the true meaning of the message.
Oral or written. Duringverbal communication, apart from the words that the public also took note of the tone of the communicator, his body language, his actions and his general attitude is everything, this non-verbal communication.
A good visual contact with the public gives the impression that the speaker gives great importance to the public. Use simple words, words that penetrate deep into the heart of the public, which creates a lasting impression on the recipientsspirit.
